The Government of Venezuela decided to redenominate the Venezuelan currency (Bolivar) in the year 2007.
For Venezuelan organizations that were required to adapt to the new Bolivar currency, there was great interest and concern over the issues of information technology (IT) conversion. o Mann-India participation and achievements for Currency Remediation, 2007
Mann-India Technologies Pvt. Ltd., pioneered the currency remediation projects in Venezuela. We started working on projects of this nature in March 2007.
We offered public and private enterprises/institutions a bundled remediation service package which included impact analysis, risk analysis and mitigation planning, program remediation, database conversion analysis and database conversion and finally production cutover planning and execution.

Our first near shore development center opened in Dominican Republic.
Mann-India opened its first near shore development center in the Dominican republic in partnership with the local government. This DC will be staffed with a mixed team comprising of professionals from India and different parts of Latin America. This is a part of our initiative to develop a talented multi-cultural, multi-lingual workforce.
This near shore shall be springboard for resource placements, onsite project staffing services as well as support and maintenance activities for the North and South American territories.
The Dominican republic was chosen as the site for our DC on account of its political stability and strategic location.
Our New development center to be inaugurated in Hyderabad on 9th of May 2008.
We have established a new development center to service our IT Modernization, Platform Migration and Enterprise Application Integration initiative in South and Latin America. Some of our European customers will also be serviced from this center.
Another development center to be inaugurated in Hyderabad in Nov, 2008.
We are in the process of establishing another development center in the DLF IT park in Hyderabad, India in Nov, 2008. This center will house more than 350 resources dedicated to solutions development and delivery for our Latin American customers.
