This automation system visualizes the Organization Structure, assigns various posts and additional charges to employees, defines tasks and access rights for each post and each employee, tracks funds, stores and indents to give updated informationto the end-user about his purchase, store statusand the real time status of project/organizationalfunds.

The system is an all-in-one automation system forthe users to execute all their daily tasks.User-based customization is included in thedesign of the system’s browser based interface.The purpose of this innovation is to present user-specific details to him/her.The automation is designed as an Intranet (a complete browser based system) for ease of implementation and a simpler user interface and maximum maintainability.
