Whatthe Client Wanted
The project was to develop a dynamic and highly configurable application to send and receive SMS messages. The application to be developed was required to sit on top of any existing application with any database. The application was supposed to be used to give mobile interface to existing applications. For example in case of banking sector the application can be configured such that bank’s customers can enquire their accounts balance over the mobile using the SMS feature.

Whatwe offered
TheBMS (Business Messaging System) which actedas a direct link to client. E.g. if the customerof the application is a bank, the BMS givesyou direct access to your account holders. Theapplication acts as an intermediary betweena company and its clients.

Theapplication can be used in two ways

  • It can be configured the application to send periodic or non-periodic information to your clients.
    This information can be in the broadcast mode or it can be disseminated to specific targeted users.
  • The users of this application can access information upon demand. The clients use predefined access codes to mine your database for the information that you wish to provide them.

The application delivered is highly configurable.It can be used in two modes keeping in mindthat the client to this project of our is itselfa software service company:

  • Application Server Mode:
    In this mode the Application can be installed and managed by our client and he can in turn provide mobility services to various industry segments.
  • Product Mode:
    In this mode our client can sell this application as a product and the end customer can customize the application as per his industry or company’s needs.
